Meet Tracey
An educator,
advocate, and autism mom.
I am a retired 31-year educator, Autism Mom, Advocate, Consultant, and Entrepreneur. I am the proud parent of an incredible son who has Autism and ADHD. My son was officially diagnosed at 2.5 years old. When we began our autism journey, I felt lost and unsure of where to start. Thankfully, I found a local organization that helped us access services and support. From there, I immersed myself in learning everything I could about autism, special education, advocacy, and available resources, while sharing that knowledge with other families beginning their own journeys.
When my son entered the 5th grade, I discovered the importance of strong advocacy and the power that parents have to influence their children's educational outcomes. The more I learned, the more confident I became in advocating not only for my son, but for countless other families navigating similar challenges.
Today, I support families with special needs through advocacy, consulting, education, and community outreach. I have served on the Walk Board for Autism Speaks and have provided inclusion training for child care providers through Dominique Cares, helping create supportive and inclusive environments for neurodiverse children. I have also been featured on multiple podcasts discussing autism, education, parenting, and advocacy.
As an entrepreneur, social media and branding manager, I help women, caregivers, and especially single mothers identify their unique gifts and transform them into meaningful businesses and brands. My passion is helping women create opportunities for themselves while balancing the demands of family life.
Whether I am advocating for a child, consulting with a family, mentoring a business owner, or speaking to a room full of parents, my mission remains the same: to educate, empower, and inspire others to create positive change in their lives and communities.
